Putin’s War Crimes: 367 Projectiles Rain Down on Ukraine’s Holiday

On Kyiv Day, Russia launched a coordinated assault of 298 drones and 69 missiles, killing at least 12 people and forcing thousands into shelters. Ukrainian officials called the attack a deliberate war crime, timed to inflict maximum psychological harm.

Families spent hours underground, with the trauma of the attack expected to last well beyond the immediate casualties. The calculated timing was seen as an attempt to break Ukraine’s will.

International condemnation was swift. President Trump called Putin “absolutely CRAZY” and warned of Russia’s downfall, while President Zelenskyy called for new sanctions and criticized America’s muted response.
